Dr. Furey Joins Channel 3 WFSB’s Nicole Nalepa for World Maternal Mental Health Day

I recently appeared on Channel 3 WFSB’s "Great Day @ 9A" with Nicole Nalepa to honor World Maternal Mental Health Day. This annual event aims to raise awareness of maternal mental health issues, helping women worldwide feel less alone. Advocates from around the globe used social media and other platforms to urge the World Health Assembly and the UN World Health Organization (WHO) to officially recognize World Maternal Mental Health Day (WMMH Day) in order to advocate for more resources and improved access to treatment worldwide.
